Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Engagement Manager (IT Client Services) to lead farming and client relationship efforts across Energy, Services and Government sectors in the UAE.

You will drive sales lifecycle activities, manage CXO relationships, craft proposals, negotiate MSAs, coordinate with delivery teams, and ensure account hygiene while growing multi-location engagements. A deep understanding of the UAE market and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Track record of farming business solutions and client management.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Proven account management with growth of existing accounts.
• Experience engaging with C-level client contacts (C/C-1).
• Understanding of Global Delivery Model and IT services.
• Experience leading multi-location consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead farming and client relationship efforts across Energy, Services and Government sectors in UAE.
• Drive sales lifecycle activities and client engagement.
• Craft proposals, price discussions, and MSA negotiations with clients.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and issue prevention.
• Maintain account hygiene and build alliances with vendors as needed.
• Proactively promote Infosys offerings to prospects and drive pipeline.
