Job summary

IHS Towers is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Lead to align enterprise applications with business goals and to oversee its ServiceNow portfolio. You will drive project planning, manage budgets, and ensure delivery across ITSM/ITOM/FSM/EAM modules.

Lead change management, mentor vendor teams, and uphold QA, security, and compliance standards while maintaining clear documentation and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of ServiceNow administration and product delivery experience.
• Expertise across ITSM ITOM FSM EAM/HAM modules.
• Strong PM and business analysis skills.
• Vendor management experience.
• Change management and governance capabilities.
• Ability to design scalable multi-instance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning to align apps with business goals.
• Oversee project planning and delivery within scope and budget.
• Manage the application portfolio including ServiceNow and related tools.
• Lead change management and release calendars.
• Direct and mentor application support and vendor teams.
• Ensure QA, security, and compliance of applications.
• Document processes and maintain interfaces with technical teams.
