Job summary

Salt seeks an experienced Senior ServiceNow Process Architect to drive ITSM improvements and expand to ITAM, HRSD, GRC, FSM, and CSM modules. You will lead requirements workshops, map and optimise processes, and mentor junior consultants in a dynamic digital transformation environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes, adopting Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methods across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and at least one Implementation certification (ITSM/ITAM/HRSD/GRC/FSM/CSM).
• 7-9 years of consulting experience, including 4+ years with ServiceNow ITSM/ITIL processes.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience in process modelling, workflow automation, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPR).
• Ability to work across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the process expert during ServiceNow implementations.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements, design processes, and guide clients through best practice adoption.
• Analyse, map, and optimise business processes, driving automation and efficiency.
• Build, test, and implement process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure delivery quality.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting organisational change and delivering measurable outcomes.
