Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is seeking a Finance professional to support the Manager and Senior Manager in executing complex deals across the ADNOC group, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals, and capital market transactions.

The role emphasizes maintaining an investment governance framework, delivering performance scorecards, and coordinating with deal teams and external partners to ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial modelling, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets.
• CPA, ACCA or CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct modelling and analysis activities in support of execution-stage deals.
• Assist with due diligence and value-creation work streams for corporate transactions.
• Support drafting of investment documentation and service tender efforts.
• Support preparation of marketing materials for potential investments.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on deal execution and governance.
