Job summary

Tanqeeb requires a seasoned investment professional to support multiple deal workstreams within the ADNOC group. You will assist in financial modelling, due diligence, and the drafting of investment documentation to ensure value creation and alignment with governance guidelines.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders, contribute to performance tracking, and help deliver project objectives within a structured investment framework.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial modelling, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
• Strong financial modelling, due diligence and deal execution skills.
• Professional certifications (CPA/ACCA/CFA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct modelling and analysis activities in support of execution-stage deals.
• Provide support during corporate transactions, including financial modelling and due diligence.
• Assist in drafting investment stream documentation and placement memorandums.
• Prepare relevant marketing materials.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders as deal execution focal point.
