Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned investment professional to support execution of mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and capital market transactions across the ADNOC group. You will help maintain governance frameworks and contribute to performance scorecards, reporting to senior leaders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting and about 6 years of experience in finance, accounting and financial modelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is required.
• About 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial modelling, and capital markets.
• Professional certifications CPA, ACCA or CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals, and capital market transactions across ADNOC.
• Assist in drafting investment documentation and marketing materials.
• Support governance and adherence to Group Economic Evaluation Guidelines.
• Prepare MIS and progress reports for senior management.
