Caliberly is seeking a Senior Director Investment in Dubai to lead the management and oversight of large-scale investment portfolios (USD 100 million+). The role requires a banking and financial services background within the UAE market and a proven track record with institutional or family-office scale funds.

You will drive strategy, allocation, and risk-adjusted returns across asset classes, while leading treasury teams and maintaining regulatory compliance with UAE authorities.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in banking, financial services or investment/fund management with UAE exposure.
• Experience overseeing portfolios of USD 100 million+ in institutional or family-office settings.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA/CFA or equivalent strongly preferred.

• Lead strategy, structuring, and active management of portfolios exceeding USD 100 million across assets.
• Define investment strategy and asset allocation aligned with risk appetite and growth objectives.
• Drive diversification, capital deployment, and liquidity to optimise risk-adjusted returns.
• Build and lead investment and treasury teams with accountability and performance culture.
• Represent organisation with banks, fund managers, custodians, regulators, and counterparties in UAE & GCC.
