Al Futtaim Automotive's Global Aftersales team seeks a Supply & Inventory Planner who balances inventory costs with service levels for parts valued around 100 M USD in the region. You will manage purchasing, forecasting, and stock optimization, coordinating logistics and payments for smooth operations.

The role emphasizes planning for new models, risk of stockouts, dead stock handling, and collaboration with vendors and finance to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain and inventory management, particularly in automotive.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Ability to develop and present management reporting packs and engage with senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Process daily, weekly, or monthly purchase orders.
• Monitor stock levels and reduce excess/obsolete stock.
• Coordinate logistics, payments, and supplier communications.
• Create dashboards and BI reports for process monitoring.
• Plan for new models and manage stock forecasting.
