Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking an experienced Materials Management Operations Manager to lead strategic inventory planning and execution across the Automotive Division. You will drive stock health, optimize working capital, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high service levels.

The role leads a team of planners, fosters continuous improvement, and aligns stock with business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Approximately 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Inventory operations.
Experience managing a team for 1-2 years, with a preference for automotive parts knowledge.
Proficiency in inventory management processes and KPIs.

Responsibilities

OEM Vendor Management: Coordinate OEM programs, reduce gaps, monitor supplier performance, and ensure high fill rates.
Order Planning Replenishment Governance: Approve proposals to meet service targets and align with policies.
Inventory Management: Balance stock levels, reduce excess, and support revenue and working capital goals.
Network Stock Management: Manage replenishments and stock health at branch level to minimize downtime.
Proactive Inventory Monitoring Optimization: Monitor performance and implement corrective actions using trends.
Operational Excellence and Team Leadership: Ensure accurate processing, coach planners, and drive SOP compliance.
