Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Supply and Inventory Planner - Aftersales in Dubai to balance spare parts availability with inventory cost, lead time, and service levels across Global Aftersales operations. You will manage purchasing, forecasting, stock health, and supplier coordination using SAP and BI tools.

This role requires about 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a proven ability to improve stock turnover while reducing excess inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant supply chain or inventory planning experience.
• Automotive aftersales or spare-parts planning experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock optimization.

Responsibilities

• Process daily, weekly, and monthly purchase orders according to approved planning cycles.
• Monitor supplier commitments and lead times to ensure timely dispatch.
• Forecast demand changes and revise replenishment plans to protect service levels.
• Plan and order spare parts for new vehicle models and upcoming market introductions.
• Develop dashboards to provide visibility into inventory, supply, logistics, and service-level performance.
• Support kaizen improvements to reduce cost and waste.
