Job summary

Credo Talent Solutions is seeking a Manager – Group Insurance & Risk Transfer to own and govern the Group’s insurance portfolio across subsidiaries, business units and operations in the UAE.

You will lead end-to-end insurance strategy, placement, renewals and risk transfer; oversee major and complex claims; coordinate with Legal, Procurement and Finance; manage brokers, insurers and loss adjusters; and deliver executive dashboards outlining premiums, exposures and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Engineering or related discipline.
• ACII, CPCU or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the Group’s overall insurance portfolio across subsidiaries, units and operations.
• Lead placement, renewal, risk transfer strategies and market engagement plans.
• Manage major and complex claims and coordinate with insurers, brokers and loss adjusters.
• Develop governance framework, policies, standards and internal controls for insurance.
• Prepare executive summaries, dashboards and budget related to insurance spend and exposures.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement and Finance to optimize contractual risk allocation and cost.
