Job summary

China Securities (International) Finance Holding Company Limited in Dubai is seeking an Institutional Sales professional to cover and expand relationships with sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, large corporates and family offices across the UAE and Gulf.

You will drive business development, introduce capital markets solutions from China and global markets, and coordinate with investment banking, capital markets and research to deliver tailored client solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage institutional client relationships and develop new business.
• Experience in capital markets, investment banking, or institutional sales.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients across the UAE and Gulf.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client needs and market trends.
• Leverage China and global capital markets to offer relevant products and solutions.
• Coordinate with IB, CM, research to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, roadshows, and market-facing presentations.
• Monitor market developments and provide insights to clients.
• Support Dubai office growth through client outreach and events.
