Job summary

Talabat, part of Delivery Hero, seeks a data analytics professional to uncover insights and drive decision-making across the business. You will track performance, build dashboards, and prepare clear reports for leadership.

You will conduct regional analyses, support strategic projects, and translate data into actionable recommendations to refine commercial and operational strategies, leveraging AI tools to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in quick-commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, or fast-paced tech startup.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and impact modeling.
• Advanced data querying and visualization with SQL, BigQuery, Looker; ability to build dashboards.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into business strategy.
• Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint; ability to leverage AI tools to automate workflows.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Track core performance metrics and identify trends and quick-win opportunities.
• Design, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Assist in KPI tracking and reporting for periodic reviews.
• Conduct granular regional analyses to map drivers and growth potential.
• Synthesize data with managers to support strategic decision-making.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
