Job summary

Talabat Holding is seeking a Reporting Business Performance professional to dive into talabat markets’ performance metrics, identify trends, anomalies and opportunities, and prepare senior management reports.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, drive AI initiatives to enhance productivity, and contribute to budgeting and PnL management while ensuring profitability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of working experience in analytics or performance roles.
• Strong data interpretation and storytelling skills.
• Experience with financial modelling and PnL analysis.

• Analyze Data: Dive into talabat’s performance metrics, identifying key trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare Reports: Create comprehensive and insightful reports for senior management, highlighting key drivers of change and actionable insights.
• Communicate Findings: Present findings in a clear and concise manner, often translating complex data into understandable recommendations for decision-makers.

Conducting Analytical Deep Dives

• Country-Specific Analysis: Perform detailed analyses of different talabat markets, focusing on identifying turnaround opportunities, growth and profitability areas.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to understand and address cross-functional issues impacting business performance.
• Strategy Development: Develop and recommend strategies based on analysis to improve overall performance and achieve business objectives.

Driving AI Efforts

• Leading AI efforts across all performance teams to identify new use cases to enhance productivity

PnL Management

• Budgeting: Collaborate with local teams to develop talabat’s yearly budget, setting growth and profitability goals.
• PnL management: Ensure that budgets are adhered to consistently across the organization and proactively identify and pursue opportunities to exceed financial targets and enhance overall profitability.
