Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a data-driven analyst to drive high-impact strategic projects across the business. You will uncover insights from daily and weekly datasets and support key decision-making with clear, actionable recommendations.

Design, maintain, and automate dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools to provide real-time visibility into performance. Track KPIs, translate data into concise reports, and prepare visual summaries for executive reviews.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in quick-commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, or a fast-paced tech startup environment.
• Strong experience in P&L analysis, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and business impact modelling.
• Advanced proficiency with data querying and visualisation tools (SQL, BigQuery, Looker, etc.), with a proven ability to build quick, high-impact dashboards using large data volumes.
• Problem-Solving & Strategy: Proven track record of structuring complex problems, conducting deep analysis, and synthesising data into actionable business strategies.
• Tech & AI Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides; actively leverages AI tools to automate workflows and expedite execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence teams across multiple operational units.

Aufgaben

• Track talabat’s core performance metrics, diving into daily and weekly datasets to detect operational trends, flag anomalies, and highlight quick-win optimization opportunities.
• Design, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, AI tools) to give stakeholders clear, real-time visibility into operational effectiveness and key business metrics.
• Assist in tracking critical business indicators against targets, translating complex quantitative data into clear, structured reports and visual summaries for periodic business reviews.
• Conduct granular regional and country-level analyses to map localized performance drivers, identify operational bottlenecks, and surface growth potential.
• Synthesize data to drive actionable insights across ongoing projects, directly supporting strategic decision-making and executive business reviews.
• Synthesize analytical deep dives into clear, data-backed insights to assist cross-functional teams in refining commercial, operational and vertical strategies.
