Job summary

You will lead analytical deep-dives, collaborate with several departments to identify opportunities, support budgeting and PnL management, and push AI initiatives to boost productivity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in performance analytics or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn, explore, and drive creative solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams to achieve common goals.
• Experience with financial modelling and PnL analysis strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reporting Business Performance: Analyze data, identify trends and opportunities, and prepare executive-level reports.
• Conduct Analytical Deep Dives: perform country-specific analyses and identify turnaround, growth and profitability opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with multiple departments to address cross-functional issues.
• Strategy Development: develop and recommend actions based on analysis to improve performance.
• Driving AI efforts: lead AI initiatives across performance teams and identify new productivity enhancements.
• PnL management: assist budgeting and monitor adherence to plans to maximize profitability.
