Job summary

XAD Technologies seeks an experienced CEO Office Implementation Manager to translate the CEO's strategic vision into actionable programs in the UAE. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage budgets, and drive operational improvements across the organization.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, change leadership, and data-driven decision support, with close collaboration to ensure regulatory alignment and timely delivery of strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Business Administration, Management or Finance.
• 8+ years in strategic project management, consulting or corporate strategy in UAE/GCC.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma or Agile certifications are a strong plus.
• Experience with government projects or regulated industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and Csuite to operationalize strategic initiatives and align with objectives.
• Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Design robust project plans, allocate resources, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track initiative success and support executive decision-making.
• Drive change management and mentor teams in project management and strategic capabilities.
