Job summary

The role requires deep expertise in financial management, auditing, compliance, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, audits, and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CA / ACMA / CMA certification mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years total experience with 5+ years leading a finance department and 5+ years of audit/compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts department
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audit standards, and internal controls
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, including liaison with auditors
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the Board
• Implement financial policies, risk management, and cost-control measures
• Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and insights
