Job summary

Brown-Forman Corporation is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to oversee forecasting, inventory planning, reporting, and regional warehouse operations. You will drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) activities and collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Production Operations, Marketing/Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams to enable effective regional supply chain management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of planning or related experience, or 4–6 years combined education/experience.
Experience in demand and supply planning reviews and leading IBP meetings.

Responsibilities

Forecast Management: lead monthly consensus forecast with Commercial teams and customers; ensure data integration into Kinaxis.
Integrated Business Planning (IBP): run monthly alignment meetings and analyze demand shifts, risks, opportunities, and gaps.
Inventory & Operations Planning: maintain target stock levels; manage allocations for high-demand items; coordinate SAP inbound shipments and local production.
Monitor inbound shipments in SAP for regional warehouse.
