Blueprint is seeking a Data Entry and Operations Specialist in Dubai to support purchase orders, data validation, and supply chain readiness. You will track materials, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare straightforward analyses to aid decision-making.

The role requires 0–2 years' experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Power BI and SAP IBP is a plus. On-site in Dubai with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or supply chain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience maintaining large or detailed datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and validate purchase order and supply chain data across internal systems.
• Support the execution of customer-driven AI GPU purchase orders.
• Track material availability, delivery schedules, and data center readiness.
• Review data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Identify and elevate discrepancies or potential scheduling conflicts.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to review changing priorities.
• Monitor progress against customer satisfaction and delivery dates.
• Prepare reports and basic analyses using Excel and Power BI.
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate status updates.
