Job summary

Brown-Forman is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to oversee forecasting, inventory planning and operations for regional warehouses. You will drive IBP activites and collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Production Operations, Marketing/Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure effective planning.

Responsibilities include demand planning, KPI tracking, root-cause analysis, and coordination of high-demand product allocations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of planning or related experience in supply chain or finance.
• Experience leading IBP meetings and demand/supply reviews.
• Strong analytical concepts and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to navigate a complex, changing environment with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Forecast management and monthly consensus forecasting with Commercial teams.
• Lead IBP alignment meetings and analyze demand shifts and risks.
• Plan inventory, optimize stock levels, and manage high-demand allocations.
• Oversee production scheduling, in SAP (MIGO) and inbound shipments.
• Monitor KPIs like forecast accuracy and bias; perform root-cause analyses.
