Job summary

Grandiose is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Retail Supermarket & Catering team. The role is to act as a strategic partner across eCommerce operations, driving performance and organizational effectiveness as the business grows.

You will manage performance frameworks, staffing plans, and employee relations while ensuring HR processes and compliance across internal and outsourced teams. This role emphasizes engagement with purpose and scalable people programs.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience as HRBP, preferably in retail (Supermarket), Catering or Food Production segment.
• Experience handling large workforce populations (including outsourced staff).
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices in UAE.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to the eCommerce function, driving performance, organizational effectiveness, and workforce discipline across operations.
• Drive performance management and discipline across eCommerce teams including operations, call center, and outsourced staff.
• Support manpower planning aligned with business growth and ensure optimal staffing across all functions; work with outsourcing partners.
• Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and escalations; balance engagement with business priorities.
• Support structuring of teams as the business scales and identify gaps in roles, capabilities, and reporting lines.
• Ensure adherence to policies, labor laws, and HR processes; manage onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation.
• Drive targeted engagement initiatives that improve performance and retention.
