Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for retail stores and corporate functions.
• Act as advisor to store managers on employee matters and design engagement initiatives.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles and support training needs.
• Ensure HR operations, policies, records, and audits comply with local laws and company standards.
• Identify learning and development needs for retail and corporate staff and implement programs.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration and workforce planning.
