Job summary

Tanqeeb, Abu Dhabi, seeks an HR Business Partner to advise senior line management on human capital strategies and to drive organizational development, employee engagement, and policy compliance. You will align HR plans with business growth, manage employee relations, and oversee workforce optimization within a dynamic environment.

The role focuses on embedding HR policies, Emiratization goals, and strategic people initiatives while coaching leaders and enabling change across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management.
• CIPD qualification is desirable.
• Five years HR Generalist experience; prior HRBP background.
• Experience in the Automotive industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR strategy and annual HR plan with business stakeholders.
• Support learning and development initiatives and succession plans.
• Advise line managers to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
• Act as trusted partner and coach to senior management.
• Guide workforce optimization and organizational restructuring.
• Provide financial reports on employee costs and budgeting.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and localization goals.
