Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an energetic HR Business Partner to support our Automotive operations across brands. You will partner with senior management and people managers to translate business needs into practical people plans.

The role covers manpower planning, workforce budgeting, recruitment, performance management, succession, internal mobility and employee relations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Arabic and English bilingual capability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or Psychology.
• CIPD or equivalent qualification is a strong advantage.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability is preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in automotive/retail or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR advisor to Automotive senior management and managers across brands/functions.
• Lead manpower planning, workforce budgeting and recruitment planning.
• Deliver HR initiatives including Performance Management, Talent Reviews & Succession Planning, Talent Mobility and Internal Career Movement.
• Coach managers on performance, discipline and employee relations to ensure governance and employee experience.
