Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking a senior HR leader to run Core HR operations and nurture a global team. You will act as a senior business partner to directors and executives, guiding managers through staff relations, investigations, onboarding and offboarding, and benefits administration.

The role emphasizes data integrity, HR systems, performance management, and partnering with learning and development to drive change across a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience supporting a global workforce and distributed organizations.
• Broad HR generalist experience (staff relations, benefits, compensation, compliance).
• Strong HR systems, reporting, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Core HR operations for a global team.
• Serve as a senior HR business partner to directors and executives.
• Guide managers through staff relations, workplace concerns, and investigations.
• Oversee staff lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Manage global benefits, wellbeing programs, and compensation administration.
• Oversee HR systems, workflows, data integrity, and people analytics.
• Lead performance management programs and collaborate with L&D.
• Translate organizational issues into practical HR strategies.
