Job summary

Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with senior leaders across high-impact units. You will provide advisory support, coach leaders, and ensure people decisions align with regulatory and business priorities.

You will drive end-to-end performance management, support restructurings, manage headcount planning with Talent Acquisition, and escalate high-risk employee relations issues to the Associate Director HR Business Partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field from an accredited university.
• 6-8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or related field.
• Familiarity with Local Authority regulations and personnel would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, written). Language: English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to provide HR advisory and support effective decision-making.
• Provide constructive challenge and coaching to leaders on people matters applying HR frameworks, policies and best practices.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor on complex employee and organizational matters, escalating high-risk issues to the Associate Director.
• Support the execution and cascading of the HR strategy into departmental plans and coordination with interfacing functions.
• Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle for assigned units per DMCC frameworks.
• Identify high performers, underperformance trends and succession risks within supported functions and recommend actions.
• Advise on organization structure, spans and layers, role validity and clarity and capability needs.
• Support restructuring, growth and transformation initiatives by managing people impacts at the unit level.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and the Associate Director HRBP on unit-level headcount planning and hiring requirements.
• Act as escalation point for high-risk employee relations cases; guide resolution strategies with stakeholders.
• Support application of employee relations frameworks by monitoring trends and coaching leaders on compliant practices.
• Ensure all people-related reports for assigned units are timely and accurate and meet requirements.
