Qualifications

5+ years in HR with at least 2 years as a true business partner
Experience in hospitality, luxury brands, or high-touch service is a plus
Hands-on experience across employee relations, budgeting, manpower planning, and organizational development

Responsibilities

Advise leaders and connect people strategy with business performance
Own the HR budget cycle and manpower planning
Lead employee relations and grievance handling with fairness and discretion
Drive talent and culture initiatives, succession planning, and performance development
Partner with Finance and Operations to align staffing models with demand
Provide data-driven insights on turnover, engagement, and workforce gaps
