Job summary

The role requires 10+ years of HR experience, including 7+ years as an HRBP in luxury retail, beauty, fashion, or fast-paced MNCs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience, including 7+ years as HRBP in luxury retail/beauty/fashion or fast-paced MNCs.
• Experience designing organizational structures and job redesigns for strategic workforce evolution.
• Ability to navigate a matrix organization and manage cross-functional stakeholder dynamics.
• Strong data analytics mindset to drive people decisions and budgets.
