Job summary

Groupe LVMH in Dubai, UAE seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to drive the people agenda for a luxury beauty Maison. You will partner with senior leadership to design agile structures, manage talent, and oversee budgets within a complex matrix environment, delivering data-driven HR solutions that align with business goals.

You will lead organizational design, talent strategy, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance and DEI standards.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 7 years as HR Business Partner in luxury retail, beauty, fashion or fast-paced MNCs.
Experience designing organizational structures and applying strategic foresight to workforce evolution.
Proven ability to navigate and influence a matrix organization.
Strong data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into people strategies.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business goals into actionable people strategies.
Partner with department heads on workforce planning, talent management, and succession in a matrix structure.
Lead organizational design initiatives and job redesigns to future-proof the workforce.
Collaborate with Talent Experience to attract top talent and develop programs for managers.
Champion inclusive culture, engagement, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Drive end-to-end performance management and support major change initiatives.
