The role will emphasize IT and SAP recruitment and a proactive approach to HR processes for a dynamic tech workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4–5 years of experience in an HR Manager role within the software industry
• Strong understanding of HR processes, laws and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding for SAP roles and IT positions
• Address employee inquiries and resolve HR policy issues
• Support performance appraisal processes with managers and staff
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws across offices
• Maintain HR records and generate HR metrics for decision-making
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs
• Manage exit processes including exit interviews and documentation
