Job summary

High Trust General Contracting and Transport LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an dynamic HR Manager to lead people strategy across projects in construction and transport. You will plan workforce for ongoing and upcoming projects, manage end-to-end recruitment, and ensure UAE labor law compliance.

You will oversee payroll, benefits, performance appraisals, visa processing, and relationships with PROs, delivering leadership development in a high-pressure, diverse environment. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• ERP systems experience, specifically Odoo.
• Ability to handle a diverse workforce and high-pressure environment.
