Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Dubai) is hiring an HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations and end-to-end recruitment. You will ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and DIFC regulations, coordinate training, and participate in career events.

The role requires 2–5 years in HR, strong recruitment ability, and fluency in English with Mandarin essential. You will work on-site in Dubai and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR & Admin.
• Strong recruiting and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Knowledge of UAE employment laws and DIFC regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines and multitask.
• Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ethics, cultural awareness and team work.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is essential.

Responsabilités

• Take care of day-to-day operations of the HR department.
• Responsible for full recruitment life cycle—from Sourcing to On-boarding.
• Ensure talent demands are met, exceeded, and measured.
• Organize internal and external training.
• Participate in employment events & career fairs.
• Ensure documents, policies, contracts, letters adhere to local labor laws.
• Respond to inquiries about policies, procedures, programs.
• Focus on continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Conduct HR audits for compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Provide data and analysis as required by laws and governing bodies.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR files and records.
• Create a positive and rewarding work environment for employees.
• Perform other duties for HR & Admin department.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by bank or department head.
