Job summary

The Cigna Group in Dubai seeks an Account Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of Cigna Africa Corporate and SME clients, ensuring policies perform to service levels and clients receive exceptional service.

You will strengthen client and broker relationships, support retention and profitability, and drive growth through cross-selling while coordinating with multiple internal teams to deliver high-quality client materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of client management experience in health insurance (preferably international).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
• French or Portuguese language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with existing clients and intermediaries to address needs and represent Cigna professionally.
• Develop and deliver strategic client plans, reports, renewal proposals, and product recommendations for retention and profitability.
• Collaborate with Underwriting to develop renewal terms and proposals while protecting profitability.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within the client portfolio and present proposals to clients and intermediaries.
• Coordinate with Customer Services, Healthcare Services, Legal Services, and Marketing to address service issues and deliver high-quality client materials.
• Manage contractual commitments, invoicing, deliverable quality, forecasts, references, and internal policies.
• Support product development and renewal implementation by sharing client and market insights.
