• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Total experience: 15+ years in tech roles.
• Technical experience: 8+ years designing and building scalable enterprise software.
• Management experience: 7+ years leading development teams.

Responsibilities

• Direction: Set the technical direction and strategy for the development team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Team Oversight: Manage the full team lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, setting performance goals, and conducting reviews.
• Culture: Foster a positive, productive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of learning by identifying areas for optimization and introducing new technologies or processes.
• Architecture: Guide decision-making with deep knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Quality Control: Establish QA processes, conduct code reviews, and implement testing strategies.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with latest industry trends.
• Execution: Oversee project planning, resourcing, and execution to meet timelines and allocate resources effectively.
