The role requires a Master’s in CS or related field, 15+ years of professional experience, and 7+ years of people management. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction and strategy for the development team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the full team lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance goals, and reviews.

• Promote continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and introducing new technologies or processes.
• Guide architecture, best practices, and quality assurance to ensure reliable, scalable software.
• Oversee project planning, resourcing, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Operations.
