Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Enterprise Architecture.
• TOGAF Certification preferred.
• Experience in enterprise technology governance and architecture review boards.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, integration, data, and security architecture.
• Banking/FS or large enterprise environment exposure is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the organization's Enterprise Architecture vision, strategy, and technology roadmap.
• Establish enterprise architecture standards, governance processes, and reference architectures.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy, digital transformation, and technology investments.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide governance oversight across major programs and projects.
• Drive cloud transformation and modernization across AWS/Azure/hybrid environments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption opportunities.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to optimize portfolios.
• Promote API, integration, security, and data architecture best practices.
• Guide Solution Architects to ensure architectural consistency and compliance.
• Support risk management, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and business continuity.
