Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development within the service industry, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Experience in property management, facilities management, or hospitality.
• Exposure to tendering and government/semi‑government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property management, hospitality, and facilities management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and price tailored solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
• Track business development KPIs and pipeline performance.
