Job summary

SWIFT, based in Dubai, seeks a driven Sales professional to acquire new customers and expand relationships within a defined territory. You will identify opportunities, develop strategies, and pursue revenue growth while maintaining high standards of self-motivation, persistence, and creativity.

You will build strong client partnerships, conduct compelling presentations, and stay abreast of financial services trends to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in a professional sales environment.
• Proven track record of success in a consultative sales process.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
• Excellent organizational abilities including time management, prioritization, multitasking and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of financial services industry preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Solid negotiation skills.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities through prospecting efforts.
• Identifying qualified prospects and developing them into viable business opportunities.
• Making cold calls to generate interest and set up meetings with key decision makers.
• Developing and delivering compelling presentations to senior management on why our solutions are a good fit for their needs.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Building long term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support.
• Staying current on industry trends and understanding how they impact your customers' businesses.
• Keeping accurate records of all activities related to client acquisition efforts.
