Responsibilities

Lead large/complex proposals across lines and regions, from capture to interview.
Coach interview and Q&A sessions for teams and presenters.
Facilitate color reviews and contribute to win strategy and readiness reviews.
Support Go/No-Go decisions with analyses and compliance toward authority guidelines.
Analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement and best practices.
Serve as SME for client portfolios and contribute to marketing and campaign content.
Develop internal training content and lead special projects.
May have direct reports and be responsible for proposal outcomes.
