The Manager, Strategy will play a key role in shaping and executing Mastercard’s strategic agenda across Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (EEMEA). As part of the EEMEA Business Excellence Team, this role partners closely with Business Units, Functional Leaders, and Regional Management to identify, assess, and implement initiatives that strengthen Mastercard’s competitive positioning and drive business impact. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end workstreams – from problem definition and analysis to solution design, senior alignment, and execution – collaborating across markets and functions to deliver measurable outcomes. The role provides broad exposure to Mastercard’s senior leadership and a unique opportunity to influence the company’s priorities across 81 markets. This role reports to the Vice President, Strategy, EEMEA.
