Job summary

Al Tayer Group seeks a Senior Government Relations Representative to liaise with UAE government departments for vehicle registrations, branch openings, traffic fine payments, and related formalities to speed up processes.

You will build relationships with authorities, coordinate with police and offices, monitor registrations and fines, and ensure timely payments and proper documentation while maintaining custody of company stamps.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary School Certificate is required.
• 5 years of experience in government liaison work in UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support govt liaison activities by engaging with government departments such as traffic, police, and ministries to facilitate vehicle registrations and branch openings.
• Coordinate with traffic authorities to handle fines and related payments.
• Manage and resolve GR queries related to vehicles, traffic, and fines.
• Monitor vehicle registrations and provide monthly allocation of registration expenses to accounts.
• Coordinate with police and company lawyers for any cases against defaulting customers and manage documentation for new branches.
