Orient Insurance PJSC, part of the Al-Futtaim Group, is looking for a Senior Governance and Compliance Specialist in Dubai. This role involves ensuring regulatory adherence and managing compliance programs across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in the UAE insurance industry, strong knowledge of insurance and healthcare regulations, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Formación

• 8 to 10 years of experience in governance and compliance within the UAE insurance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE insurance and healthcare regulations.
• Proven experience liaising with CBUAE, SCA, DoH, and DHA.

• Develop and maintain corporate governance frameworks across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with UAE insurance, healthcare, and AML regulatory requirements.
• Lead regulatory audits and serve as primary point of contact with regulators.
