Job summary

Bamboo Card, a Dubai-based B2B distributor of digital prepaid products, is seeking a Purchasing Manager to own gaming supplier negotiations and drive margin-focused decisions. You will turn supplier data into actionable insights and manage relationships that impact our catalogue and bottom line.

With 6+ years in purchasing and at least 3 years in gaming, you will lead strategic negotiations, improve terms, and guide the team in scalable procurement practices within a fast-moving digital rewards

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor management.
3+ years of gaming industry experience, ideally with digital gifting, e-commerce, or digital distribution.
Confident negotiator who secures favorable terms.
Ability to read margin and sales data to guide next steps.

Responsibilities

Identify and close deals with new gaming suppliers; lead negotiation from first conversation to signed terms.
Renegotiate with existing suppliers as volumes grow; set terms for next quarter.
Set the bar for order cadence, invoice tracking, and delivery follow-up; intervene when off track.
Escalate margin shifts or supplier issues that require senior input.
Own price sheet accuracy and margin performance; report shifts to VP of Operations and Finance.
Turn monthly sales and supplier data into actionable sourcing and renegotiation insights.
Mentor newer purchasing team members as the team scales.
