Job summary

Bamboo Card is seeking a process‑driven Head of Fulfillment in Dubai to own the end‑to‑end digital fulfillment pipeline for thousands of live digital codes. You will build audit trails, integrate with suppliers, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Purchasing to scale ingestion and ensure secure, error‑free delivery across our fintech‑gifting platform.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience managing digital inventory pipelines in digital‑goods/gift‑card platforms.
• Instinctively builds double‑check systems, checklists, and audit trails.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and basic SQL to support reconciliation.
• Experience designing and enforcing strict least privilege access rules.
• Ability to spot suspicious spikes or unusual bulk exports.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end fulfillment pipeline and bulletproof delivery mechanics.
• Build double‑check systems, checklists, and audit trails to protect live digital codes.
• Diagnose delivery failures by reviewing API logs, distinguishing vendor timeouts, stock issues, and authentication problems.
• Build and run daily reconciliation models with advanced Excel or Google Sheets, and use basic SQL to query database tables and trace missing batches.
• Design and enforce strict least privilege access rules, and spot suspicious spikes or bulk export anomalies.
• Architect checklists and operational workflows that eliminate duplicate deliveries, inventory leaks, and manual errors; keep delivery separate from customer support.
• Design and enforce processes for receiving, validating, storing, and releasing inventory.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to automate batch ingestion and delivery pipelines.
• Partner with Purchasing to ensure technical ingestion, verification, and API failover processes for new suppliers are ready to scale and feed fulfillment data back to Purchasing.

• Instinctively builds double‑check systems, checklists, and audit trails.
• Comfortable looking at API logs to diagnose delivery failures.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for building reconciliation models; ideally some basic SQL skills.
• Knows how to design and enforce strict "least privilege access" rules.
• Sharp eye for spotting suspicious spikes or unusual bulk exports.
