Job summary

GOFLEXY CARGO LLC is seeking an experienced freight forwarding sales professional in Dubai to drive growth across key client accounts. You will manage the sales pipeline, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery for import shipments.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of freight forwarding sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and solid knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess performance and identify growth.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through pipeline management and account planning.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service for seamless service delivery.
• Negotiate service agreements with favorable terms for both sides.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in import freight forwarding.
