Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a hands-on FP&A modeler to work directly with the CEO in Dubai. You will build driver-based financial models, own the forecast, and translate strategic ideas into actionable plans with real-time insights.

This role focuses on scenario planning, cash runway tracking, supplier costs, and capex considerations, with heavy Excel and Python/SQL usage to deliver concise, decision-grade analytics for leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A, strategic finance, or commercial modelling experience.
• Expertise in driver-based and rolling forecasts.
• Strong scenario modelling and investment-case skills.
• Hands-on tracking of working capital and cash runway.
• Able to turn ambiguous problems into structured data-driven plans.
• Advanced Excel with Power Query/Power Pivot; Python/SQL proficiency.
• Experience with dashboarding in Power BI or Looker.
• Comfort presenting to C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into numbers with driver-based models.
• Forecast 18–24 month rolling plans for revenue, COGS, OPEX, capex, and cash.
• Run what-if scenarios for pricing, FX, demand, and supplier delays.
• Monitor working capital, stock, receivables/payables, cash runway.
• Track supplier costs and performance (materials, freight, duties).
• Build dashboards and provide supplier updates monthly.
• Provide insights for negotiations and quarterly reviews.
• Prepare concise decision packs outlining risks and actions.
• Support investment and capacity planning with robust models.
