Agility Ventures is seeking a dedicated FP&A Specialist to join its finance team in Abu Dhabi. You will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses, and build detailed financial models for decision support.

You will develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reports, while evaluating strategic options, including potential investments or acquisitions. Strong Excel, VBA, and BI skills are essential, with 3–4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or professional certification (CFA/CA/ACCA) preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, modeling, or related area.

Aufgaben

• Budgeting & Forecasting: develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts; analyze variances; identify trends for forecasting accuracy.
• Financial Modeling: build and maintain complex models; conduct scenario planning; support strategic initiatives with modeling.
• Performance Reporting & Analysis: prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports; evaluate financial impact; develop KPIs and dashboards.
• Strategic Planning: support long-term plans; conduct financial analysis; evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions.
