Job summary

YOSH is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive performance analytics, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning across the group. You will develop monthly dashboards, validate financial performance, and support executive decision-making at the group level.

The role includes leading budgeting and forecasting for multiple business units, consolidations, and board-ready reporting. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine strategy and optimize shareholder value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Strategy.
MBA (Finance) or CMA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in reporting, FP&A, investment management and corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee monthly performance dashboards with insights on business performance.
Prepare Board-level presentations for group entities and shareholders.
Highlight gaps, risks and focus areas with actionable recommendations.
Lead budgeting and forecasting across multiple units and consolidated reporting.
Coordinate with external parties for investment due diligence and M&A assessments.
Oversee group-level EPM tool implementations and enterprise reporting.
