Agility Ventures is seeking an experienced finance leader to join the FP&A organization as Senior Manager, FP&A & Value Creation. The role focuses on evaluating performance beyond reported results and identifying value levers across the business.

Ideal candidates will combine FP&A, strategic finance, modelling, and business partnering with a practical grasp of commercial drivers to support planning, resource allocation, and long-term value creation for senior leaders.
